Peter Armanetti

Principal

Peter Armanetti, Principal at Navera Group, has over 30 years of experience in a variety of business sectors.  During the past twenty years he has provided financial advisory, Interim CFO, crisis management, and accounting services related to acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, distressed companies, and bankruptcies to over one hundred clients. His industry experiences include professional services, hospitality, education, medical device, pharmaceutical, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, energy, construction, real estate, printing, and specialty financing. Prior to joining Navera Group, Peter was a Senior Associate at a regional specialized consulting firm. Prior to that he was Controller for a start-up company, Accounting Manager at Haemonetics Corporation, and worked in public accounting at KPMG Peat Marwick.

Peter received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Communications from Babson College. He also sits on several advisory boards for both profit and nonprofit organizations.
